ALL REFS must attend ONE MISOA Fitness & On Field RULES Clinic This is a combined clinic this year and will be offered several dates & times in June & July. See calendar for details. 2-Calendar of Training and Meeting Dates Yes 
ALL REFS must be 15+ years of age Refs 15-17 years of age will mostly be assigned to work as an AR in Varsity games, possibly to work with an experienced adult official in the DUAL system of control (two refs on the field with a whistle)

ALL REFS must complete MISOA Basics Review- 2018 (coming soon) Online presentation covering info specific to MISOA and high school soccer.  Yes 
All REFS must complete the ANNUAL OSAA concussion training. The training is available on the OSAA website after you are registered for the current season.  Yes 
ALL REFS must Register with OSAA (includes background check) Opens approximately June 18th. The cost to register is appx. $60 and includes a badge, rulebook, insurance and NFHS/OAOA membership Your packet (including rulebook, badge, etc) will be sent to the address you use to register. ALL REFS must Take & Pass NFHS Online Test and complete OSAA Concussion Training The test will be available on the OSAA/Arbiter website for REGISTERED officials approximately June 18th. 3-On-line Training Links Yes 
ALL REFS must take & Pass the NFHS Online Test The test is available on the OSAA/Arbiter website for REGISTERED officials around June 18th. It will be available in both in English and Spanish.   Yes
